Training involves age-appropriate movements, obstacle courses, functional exercises, and playful challenges. Team spirit, fairness, and fun are the top priorities. Children learn to be aware of their bodies and execute movements with precision—an important foundation for any sport.
Training takes place in small groups under professional supervision to ensure safety, motivation, and individualized support.
