HYROX Training
HYROX Training is for anyone who loves structured performance and wants to combine endurance with functional strength. We’ll prepare you specifically for the HYROX format: with clear progression, intense intervals, and competition-specific workouts. The goal is to systematically improve your strength endurance, running performance, and mental resilience.
Training involves sleds (sled push & pull), wall balls, SkiErg, RowErg, farmer’s carries, burpee broad jumps, and functional strength exercises, combined with targeted running intervals. You’ll train in small groups under the guidance of professional coaches to ensure that technique, pace, and effort management are optimally aligned.
