Lifting is focused strength training with the barbell. The program centers on compound exercises such as squats, deadlifts, and press variations, supplemented by supporting strength exercises. The goal is to build your maximum strength in a clean and structured way.
You’ll work with clear technique, sensible increases in load, and a well-defined training progression. Every session is designed to make you stronger and more stable, without any unnecessary frills.
Training takes place in small groups under professional guidance to ensure proper form, safety, and progress.
