Foundation Course
The beginner’s course is your structured and safe introduction to functional training. Over three weeks, you’ll learn the most important basics, proper technique, and a solid understanding of movement, step by step. The goal is to build a stable foundation that will allow you to train stronger, safer, and with greater confidence in the long term. You’ll develop strength, cardiovascular endurance, mobility, and coordination—without pressure to perform, but with a clear structure and personalized guidance.
The focus is on the fundamentals using your own body weight as well as safe barbell handling. You’ll learn to perform basic exercises like squats and deadlifts, as well as your first complex movements, with proper technique. Training takes place in small groups of up to 6 people, ensuring plenty of time for individual corrections, questions, and proper progression.
