Spartan/OCR Training
Spartan/OCR training is for anyone who wants more than just a traditional workout. Here, you’ll train specifically for obstacle courses like the Spartan Race, Grazathlon, or other OCR challenges. The focus is on strength, endurance, grip strength, and mental toughness. The goal is to make you more resilient, tougher, and ready for competition—both physically and mentally.
Training involves everything that prepares you for real obstacles: ropes, monkey bars, kettlebells, sandbags, sled push & pull, running intervals, and functional strength exercises. You’ll train in small groups under the guidance of professional coaches to ensure that technique, intensity, and progression are optimally aligned.
